Recording "original" vs "Corrected".

Postby vinylmaster » Sat Feb 05, 2005 1:34 am

Next question:

Is is possible to record an album or more realistically a single track using the "Original" settings (no pop or click removal)? The purpose would be to allow someone to hear the "before" and "after" to demonstrate how well the program works.

Thanks all,

John. Just select done after you stop recording and you will have a plain Jane Wave file where ever you told wave corrector to save it. You can then use Wave Corrector to "open" the wave file and do what ever you want to it but choose options from the too bar and shut the filters off before opening. You will always have the "original" and your new "version". Choose the wavy lines on your tool bar and you can test all the filters without changing the wave file and then only apply them if you want to.
