.cue Files and freedb

Postby Glenn » Wed Sep 16, 2009 5:45 pm

Hi Derek,

Is it possible to incorporate a means of writing a .cue file along with the wav files upon saving? It would be convenient to do so for burning purposes, and for cueing the recording into a media player that supports .cue files.

Also, being able to download tags from the freedb would be useful for filling in the cue sheet. The usability would be limited to commercial releases of course, but still helpful in cases where one is simply recording a pop album.

There are other apps that can do this, but it would be a considerable timesaver to do it all in Wave Corrector.

Thanks,

Glenn

Hello Glenn

Yes, they're good suggestions. I think they may have even been suggested before. I'll see what I can do next time

all the best
