Any way to accurately place a track marker?

When two songs on a record come one right after another, the track detection cannot see the next song. So of course, I have to place the track manually.

The problem is, that when I set a track, the view goes to that funky spectrum view rather than the wave-form view than I was working with. This makes it practally impossible to catch the track on the down beat of the next song. Therefore, I have to keep redoing the track placement in hopes that I get lucky and put the track in the right place.

Maybe I'm missing something, but is there any way to place, move or edit a track marker in the waveform view?

Hi Spin,
Zoom in using the waveform view before you lay down the track marker. Slow the speed down if you need to hear the start of the beat more clearly. You can nail it to within 5 samples.
